The Service

Metro2Go is a free, independent tool that helps you plan metro journeys by suggesting routes, estimated travel times, transfers, and estimated fares. It is provided for informational and planning purposes only.

Not an Official Source

Metro2Go is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any metro authority or transit operator. Always confirm times, fares, and service status with the official operator before travelling.

Multiple Operators and Regions

The Service covers metro networks operated by different authorities across several Indian states. Rules, fares, ticketing, and travel conditions vary by operator and region. You are responsible for following the rules and instructions of the specific operator and network you use.

Accuracy and Estimates

Routes, times, and fares are estimates generated from compiled data and may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Service.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service or access it through automated means that place unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

Network names, line names, and colours are used for identification only. All trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service — including missed connections, incorrect fares, or travel disruption.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Haryana, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service.
